From GA4 to a BI stack
that's truly yours.

Measurement implemented properly, then turned into reporting your team actually opens. We deploy GA4 and GA4 360 end-to-end, engineer dashboards on the BI platform that fits your stack — and when off-the-shelf runs out of road, we build fully custom BI applications on Google Cloud or AWS.

Camp 3 Approach · The Problem
Why teams call us

Measurement debt is real debt.

It compounds quietly. Every campaign judged on numbers nobody quite trusts, every hour spent assembling decks by hand, every decision postponed because two dashboards disagree — that's interest you're paying on measurement that was never implemented properly.

  • GA4 half-migrated. The property exists, the events fire — sometimes — and nobody is certain what got lost on the way over from Universal Analytics.
  • Events nobody trusts. Conversions double-count, naming conventions drifted, and every stakeholder keeps a private spreadsheet "just in case".
  • Data scattered across ten platforms. Ad platforms, analytics, CRM, e-commerce — each with its own numbers, none of them agreeing, no single source of truth.
  • The Monday-morning deck. Screenshots, exports, copy-paste — hours of skilled people's time spent assembling a report that's stale by Tuesday.

Get the ground truth right

GA4 and GA4 360, deployed end-to-end.

Everything downstream — every dashboard, every model, every decision — inherits the quality of your measurement layer. We implement GA4 the way it should have been done the first time: architected, documented, and governed.

Foundation

Property architecture

Accounts, properties and data streams structured for your organisation — markets, brands and teams — not copied from a default.

Signal

Event & conversion design

A designed event taxonomy with naming conventions, parameters and key events that map to how your business actually measures success.

Privacy

Consent mode & governance

Consent mode configured for the regimes you operate under, plus data-retention, access and documentation standards so the setup stays trustworthy.

Depth

BigQuery export

Raw event export wired into BigQuery from day one — the foundation for warehousing, custom analysis and everything Practice B builds on.

  • Migrations and audits of existing GA4 setups — we fix before we rebuild
  • GA4 360 rollouts where scale, SLAs or sub-properties justify the licence
  • Server-side tagging where it's warranted — not as a default upsell

Turn measurement into decisions

Dashboards on the engine that fits — or real software when it doesn't.

We build reporting on whichever BI platform matches your stack, your licences and your team: Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI. And when the off-the-shelf tools genuinely run out of road, we engineer fully custom, application-grade BI on Google Cloud or AWS — real software, with auth, pipelines, scheduled refresh and monitoring.

Engine

Platform BI, done properly

Dashboards in Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI — modelled data underneath, not chart-by-chart improvisation on top of raw exports.

Custom

Application-grade BI

When requirements outgrow the tools — client-facing portals, bespoke workflows, unusual data shapes — we build custom BI applications on GCP or AWS.

Pipeline

BigQuery & warehousing

Marketing data warehoused in BigQuery: ad platforms, analytics, CRM and commerce joined into one queryable, documented source of truth.

Automation

Reporting that runs itself

Automated refresh and delivery replacing the manual weekly deck — so Monday mornings are for deciding, not assembling.

The honest version of this pitch: we'll tell you when Looker Studio is enough — and when it isn't. Most teams don't need custom software; some genuinely do. We've built both, so the recommendation follows the requirement, not the invoice.

Before You Rope Up · FAQ
Fair questions

Asked by almost everyone.

We already have GA4 — why would we re-implement?
Often you shouldn't, and we'll say so. We start with an audit: property structure, event taxonomy, conversion definitions, consent configuration, BigQuery export. If the foundation is sound, we fix the gaps and hand you the documentation. Re-implementation is the recommendation only when the existing setup is genuinely beyond economical repair — and we'll show you the working either way.
Looker Studio vs Power BI vs custom — how do you choose?
By requirement, not preference. What licences do you already pay for? Who consumes the reports, and where? How much data, refreshed how often, governed by whom? Looker Studio wins on speed and cost for many marketing teams; Power BI or Tableau when your organisation already lives there; Looker when you need a governed semantic layer; custom on GCP or AWS only when a real product requirement — external users, bespoke workflows, unusual scale — rules the others out. We'll tell you when the cheap option is the right one.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. All of it. Properties, datasets, pipelines, dashboards and any custom code live in your accounts and your repositories, documented and handed over. If we part ways, everything keeps working and your next team can pick it up from the docs. We consider lock-in a design flaw, not a retention strategy.
Do you work with our existing data team?
Yes — happily. We slot in where the gap is: sometimes that's the marketing-specific layer (GA4, campaign data, attribution) on top of a warehouse your engineers already run; sometimes it's building the pipeline while your analysts own the dashboards. We document to your standards and hand off to your people, because the goal is a stack your own team runs.

Stop paying interest on bad measurement.

Tell us where it hurts — the half-finished GA4 migration, the numbers nobody trusts, the Monday deck. We'll tell you, honestly, what the route to fixing it looks like.
